Initial Deposit

$500 U.S. dollars deposit to confirm reservation.

Final Balance

Balance is due 90 days prior to the trip departure date.

Check drawn on a USA bank
Bank wire transfer

Changing a Trip Date

We understand that situations arise unexpectedly. We will accommodate changing dates if possible, but we strongly urge you to purchase travel/trip insurance to cover situations that may arise.

There are almost always change charges involved in a change of date.

Why changes can be costly

Our season is short and the camp has limited capacity
We must purchase air tickets as soon as we confirm your trip date because of limited seat availability
We may turn away potential guests when camp dates are near full
Additional administrative and logistics costs can arise when dates are changed

If you must change your trip date, contact us as soon as possible.
