Initial Deposit
$500 U.S. dollars deposit to confirm reservation.

Final Balance
Balance is due 90 days prior to the trip departure date.
Payment Methods
Your final payment can be made:
- ✓ Online
- ✓ Check drawn on a USA bank
- ✓ Bank wire transfer
📅 Changing a Trip Date
We understand that situations arise unexpectedly. We will accommodate changing if possible, but urge you to purchase travel/trip insurance to cover any situations that might arise.
There are almost always change charges involved in a change of date.
Why changes can be costly:
- → Our season is short and the camp has limited capacity
- → We must purchase air tickets as soon as we confirm your trip date because of limited space on the flights
- → We sometimes turn away potential guests when the camp is full or nearing capacity on certain dates
- → There are many different types of added costs that come about when someone changes a trip date
⚠️ If you must change, contact us sooner, rather than waiting.
